At Stitch Harbor, we want you to feel confident with your purchase. If something is not right, we’re here to help.

30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In its original condition
  • With tags attached
  • In the original packaging

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us with your order number and the item you would like to return.

Once your return request is reviewed, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Stitch Harbor is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.

Please include your order number and photos of the issue to help us resolve it quickly.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and place a new order for the size, color, or product you want.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return. This may include:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards
  • Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered
  • Items returned without original tags or packaging
